If you mess up and live unskillfully, don’t let your ego use that as justification to live more unskillfully. Don’t let your ego use being tired as an excuse to not behave well either. One pointed, do what needs to be done

Happiness doesn’t come from any particular thing, it comes from one pointedness. Return to what you are doing, over and over

We are practicing samu. Schedule tasks and bring your mind over and over to the task at hand. Treat discomfort or boredom as a wandering mind and practice bringing it back to the task at hand, in the present
